Is the data to reproduce figure 1(c) publicly available? Which exons fell into each of the three bins etc.

@kishorejaganathan , Is there a file available with the exon's SpliceAI-10K acceptor and donor score associated with each inclusion rate?

InclusionRates.zip c is for models trained on canonical splice sites only, g is for models trained on gtex splice sites as well.
