Canvas Germline-WGS 1.38.0.1554+master asks for option '-p' in partition step #100

When I run Canvas Germline-WGS 1.38 today, I got the error message below:

2018-10-17T04:04:46+00:00,ERROR: Job 20-16656_S2_L002.partitioned failed with exit code 134. Job logs: /Canvas/20-16656_S2_L002/Logging/20-16656_S2_L002.partitioned.stdout /Canvas/20-16656_S2_L002/Logging/20-16656_S2_L002.partitioned.stderr Job error message: Unhandled Exception: Illumina.Common.OptionException: Missing required value for option '-p'.

I did not have the problem with Canvas Germline-WGS 1.31. Any suggestions?

Please use the small pedigree workflow even for a single sample. Germline-WGS has been deprecated
