The following command line was running with Canvas 1.38.0.1554: /Canvas-1.38/Canvas Somatic-Enrichment --sample-name 1615791 --bam 1615791_recal.bam --manifest nextera_manifest.txt --sample-b-allele-vcf 1615791_Germline_VQSR_filtered.vcf --output canvas_cnv --reference kmer.fa --genome-folder /genome/hg19 --filter-bed filter13.bed
