Metrics Run summary Q30 per read in C# #343

I have been learning to use your interop software and I'm slowly making progress.

I can reproduce the values from the overview tab in the SAV using total_summary I can reproduce the values on the indexes tab in the SAVE using index_lane_summary

I cannot find how to reproduce the values in the Run summary table on the Metrics tab.

Thanks for making this software available.

I found it in read_summary.
