Can't find reference fasta file #215

Hi,

running Strelka on human data (paired end illumina), using the following fna file - GCF_000001405.40_GRCh38.p14_genomic.fna.

Samples BAM file were generated using bowtie2 from fasta files, bowtie2 indexes were created on the same reference genome mentioned before.
