[bug] not working with "Topic" songs from NewPipe #9

it seems like the - Topic word is getting in the way and prevents the app from finding the right lyrics.

it should detect if a song ends on - Topic and remove that word from the search results, and it would work just fine.

Related to #4 There are no plans on improving the searching ability for now, but I'll keep this open for future reference.
