anytime the shoe is removed or outfit is changed in insert mode, the body of the girl will break and spiral out of control

I can replicate this. The way AnimationLoader works once the animation starts, it is no longer in control. Need more information to see if it is AnimationLoader related.

the animations that were used are the Kplug animations the vanilla animations is just fine

In the log I see that you are using version 1.0.3 of animation loader. Using that version in my setup still does not replicate the issue. This suggest that is an interaction with another plugin. Animation loader is on version 1.1.1.1 right now can you upgrade to at least version 1.0.8 which is the last one before support for Koikatsu Sunshine was added and try. To upgrade to AnimationLoader v1.1.1.1 an upgrade to KKAPI 1.31.2 is also required.
