Bracelet TB integration does not respect the base TB config for turning them off #20

Exactly as it says on the tin. Even when the base TB bracelets are absent, the integrated ones still exist.

I didn't find a config for turning off bracelets, does it exist? Added tobacco config though.

It's right there two places after tobacco, tho

# If set to false the various bracelets will be disabled - there will be no recipes/no entries in Thaumonomicon [default: true]

What version of Thaumic Bases do you use?

Thaumic-Based-1.7.2 (the gtnh fork, it's mostly bugfixes)

I guess bracelets config is GTNH feature, I can't support it at this moment.
