VS2017 doesn't build #22

Only tried on x64, but here is the error that is causing the problem with the whole solution: fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.h'.

Ignore: I installed it wrong.

You should enable "MFC and ATL support (x86 and x64)" checkbox while installing :)
