Record usage history in local state #7

I think it would be interesting if the various settings (heat/fan/temperature) were logged in local state so that if I use my Volcano manually, I can see what kind of workflow I follow without having to run timers and such. You could even add a button to export the usage history to a workflow JSON.

Hey @Anahkiasen. That's a really cool idea! I currently don't have the time to implement such a feature but I really like the concept!
