你好，我运行 demo.py报错如题

mmcv 1.5.0 mmedit 0.14.0

请问该怎么解决

安装 pip install ailut-1.5.0-cp37-cp37m-linux_x86_64.whl也会报错如下： ERROR: ailut-1.5.0-cp37-cp37m-linux_x86_64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform
