Version inconsistencies #3

When using the 1.2.0 jar it shows up as 1.1.2 inside minecraft. image image

Additionally, the pack_format is set to 4. image

This leads it to say that the datapack is outdated when in game. image image

Done in 1.16.4-1.2.1 & the version will be changed correctly in the future
