Make sure that you are using the chromedriver that matches the version and arch of your Chrome install.

I also had the exact same problem a short time ago, @07isha: refer to what was recommended to me in Issue #238 by @diomirox. You can find good tutorials on how to downgrade Chrome version here and here.
