Fix the issue with activating Arm home and arm away. #3

There was missing required lines that will provide pincode data for activating alarm to Home Assistant. That line was only on Disarm so you couldn't activate alarm with pincode on the keypad. This has fixed on my end. (Verified with alarmo integration)

Thanks. I had already fixed this in the version on the Home Assistant community forums, but forgot to update this version. The version I've got handles both the case where the user supplies an arming code and the one where they don't.

Definitely appreciate the input, though!
