They appear in ice and fire dungeons and mystical worlds huts. Use Loot Tweaker

Possibly removed mw copper and silver from mw hut. Don't know the loot table for fairy gift bags.

Fairy gift bags can't be changed as it stands. Might make an addon in the future to fix that
