Not able to reproduce
Actions taken:
Rename the host client to Pelican for debug purposes Made a game with Host and 4 Clients Put atleast 1 Pelican in the settings Start game Kill cooldown is set to cooldown in settings. The cooldown set for gulp works fine.
*Not tested with swooper
Tested with neutrals and imp. Host has like, a 5 second longer kill cooldown than they're meant to have. Only happens with roles that use shields for something. Like Swooper or Pelican
