Hi, thanks for making this work available. I trying to visualize my graph on 3D, but I'm really struggling. Can you please help me in that. I would like to save the graph and visualize with figi.

Hi, I'm using the package to process 3D medical images (CT volumes). One choice for 3D visualization is using ITK-SNAP, which is a tool for medical image. I am not sure it can be used for your work.
