(1D Platform Integration) - Home needs to be pressed 2 or 3 times quickly for the Arduino to process the 'Home' command (WIP) #19

Need to implement a fix that requires the 'Home' button to be pressed once for the Arduino to go to home position.

Issue fixed, Pressing "Home" successfully homes the actuator, very responsive and works every time.
