ok i have a habit of using underscores instead of spaces in setting up directories/filenames .. not sure what you prefer - is it safer to convert those to spaces.
Regarding these: I hear a lot about early layers being sharable between tasks; I figured that distinguishing between different food-leaves (rocket, spinach, iceberg, cabbage..) and so on would help train a net that could be re-purposed for plant recognition generally .. hence the detail here.

both is fine for me :) I think I'll go for the space as separator for the productive label, but I totally get, that a underscore is nicer in a folders name. I can easily rename the label, so no worries :)
