1.9.2 Right clic problem #424

in the finder right clic on a file then "imageoptimize" it's open the app but no file is loaded, no file optimized$

Drag & Drop is ok

Right click works for me with 1.9.2

Where does the "ImageOptimize" menu item that is not "open with" come from? is it an action/service/workflow?

AFAIK this is not part of ImageOptim.

And so, I do not have it on my system.

I have it as well. It is an extension. See screenshot.

I don't recall when it was installed. Definitely before today's 1.9.2 update.

Try moving your ImageOptim out of /Applications and then back in, which can sometimes solve macOS quarantine issues.

Also, I have learnt something. I found the "Action" and activated it on my system (12.7 Monterey) and it works for me. Files sent that way appear in the app.

Looks a bit different though.

This should be fixed. Make sure you don't have previous version somewhere (check for updates in the failing window).
