fix requirements for notebook #2

requirements.txt has non-existent packages and no version numbers

@WeiLiu3 Do you have a conda environment for when this notebook worked and could you run pip freeze to generate a new requirements file?

Closing with comment unless someone thinks we should reopen to try to document. I don't think we have a solution.
