Inform users why columns are excluded #68

When visualizing a CSV columns that are not valid for WMDS are excluded from the list of columns that users can pick from. In several instances this has caused confusion with users thinking there is a bug, when the actual problem was with the CSV data. Better inform users about why columns are excluded.
