Stress-test the submission pipeline #13

Make multiple submissions following the instructions and format we establish "trying to break it". This gives us the opportunity to adjust issues to hopefully head-off problems for participants.

This would be a great task for @pujols's UGs.

@Link7808 has tried stress-test for default queue and has found there’s a 600-second execution limit for the default queue! He will try the gpu NERSC queue once he has the access.
