Images listed in the 4 reference_data CSVs have been downloaded into the appropriate input_data folders.

I have not had success trying to upload any of these directly to CodaBench, so they may need to be included in the bundle.

Naming changed slightly, but they are all up now to see if they will work with the bundle upload.

Note: to function properly, images need to be in a zip file with the given name and they need to be at the root.
