Move site info to separate branch for hosting #4

All site hosting info is moved from main branch into gh-pages branch, so /docs can now be used for documentation.

GitHub Pages requires site info to be in either the repo root or a folder named /docs, so keeping it in the root of an independent branch will free up the special name /docs for other use.
