MVP for Image Datapalooza: CSV file containing particular columns + base url or base url as column.

Reach Goal: Include some column selection or automation to allow for more stats (eg., look for categorical columns with more than one value to be color by).

What does this need to be ready for Image Datapalooza? How to make it useful to an arbitrary dataset?
- [x] Refactor for general use.
- [x] Figure out data I/O with the dashboard - upload or input base URL.
- [x] Guidelines on dataset organization - column header labels naming requirements supplied in documentation (README) for users to comply to
- [x] dash.imageomics.org subdomain (Matt)
- [x] Get HTTPS connection (issue #20)
- [x] Need to increase resources before event (Elizabeth)

Needs are accomplished for functional usage. Would be good to resolve issue #27 (button response) as well.

Remaining is work to get it ready for more people to potentially work on the dashboard code itself: issue #32 (functionality tests).
