On stagger promotion, change victim's move during round #643

If Stagger is promoted to Stun, changing the victim's move would:

  1. allow for the removal of the Stun modifier
  2. allow for the simplification of the "is Stunned" check (just move name, instead of both that and modifiers)
  3. create history for Warhammer to read ("was stunned this round", instead of "is currently stunned")
