Initial test version of calculator code with vanilla 20 crusaders and some random friends. Should be able to simulate DPS, gold, and crit chance from each crusader, for formations in world's wake.

TO DO: Include more crusaders Include more formations Take talents into account

rename the file to end in .js, checking out the rest of the additions now
