Cold Mastery has incorrect prerequisites for Hibernate #55

Version: 2.6.0.1

Hibernate in "Cold Mastery" is looking for one of its prerequisites in "Chill Mastery". Swapping this out for the Cold Mastery version of the power in the database fixes the problem.
