Widow's Mind Link is affected by set IOs rech component #67

If you slot a +def/rech for instance, it will show a reduction in the recharge time for Mind Link, but Mind Link can't slot +rech. I've confirmed this in game and slotting def/rech IOs does nothing to the cooldown for the power.
