How to Replicate: Time Manipulation Defender with Musculature Radial T4 with Time's Juncture power slotted with ToHit Debuff enhancements (doesn't matter how many). When mouse cursor is over the power, showing the enhancement percentages, the slotted enhancements for ToHit Debuff are shown and the Musculature Radial T4 (which adds 20% ToHit Debuff with some Enhancement Diversification protection) shows as a ToHit BUFF in the window.
The calculations within the power's effects seem to be correct, so the only problem exists in the pop-up window.
