This is normal for legacy builds. Just hit okay, then click file -> save. This will update the build file to the current db.

That didn't work for me. It subbed the Raptor pack in for my 1st tier secondary.

Help?

It seems to be a problem with the Tactical Arrow set, I got the same issue (Raptor Pack subbed for Electrified Net Arrow) on another MXD build using that set. Here is the original (open correctly in Pines) and the one saved out of MR with the error in it.

Last piece of data and then I will leave you alone. This is definitely entanglement between the ids for TacticalArrow_ElectrifiedNetArrow and RaptorPack. Has nothing to do with the Fitness pool being removed, that was just coincidental. Started a new Blaster using Pines, selected Psychic Blast and Tactical Arrow and chose first 4 powers, then saved, then opened same in MR. Same error. Started another with same powerset in Pines, selected Leadership instead of Fitness, then saved, then opened in MR. Same error.
