This updates a few items:

Bump itkwidgets version to >=1.0a32: This adds @thewtex's fix so that label blend does not affect images as well as adding in the updates for improved w/l interactivity.
Update screenshots with these new and improved visualizations
Fixes two bugs found:
- Sort the files selected in part3_exploring_cohorts so that the same label image is always selected
- Fix the assert error in the IDC_segmentation_primer
