This PR includes the following recent changes to the main Slim repository:

Fix retrieval of rendered OVERVIEW images: https://github.com/MGHComputationalPathology/slim/issues/60

In addition, it introduces the following changes to this IDC fork:

Provide temporary workaround for error messages upon attempt to load annotations: https://github.com/MGHComputationalPathology/slim/issues/51
