Slim 0.12.1 remote browser access error #146

Dear Sir,

We used dicomweb_client python package to store 3DHISTECH DICOM files. The Slim worklist showed the list very well. But Slim could not display the image and browser issued 5 errors as follow, slim_error

Did we miss something that cause the errors?

We followed #65 to modify local.js configuration for remote browser user, config

The #65 worked in the past, but Slim 0.12.1 doesn't work. Did we miss something during the Slim 0.12.1 installation?
