Hey Steve - this pull request undoes some of the changes that I had made specifically to the medication file - can you please rebase your changes from the latest commit in my repo? I'm going to close this pull request as it isn't a clean merge.

Also - I think that it would be best if we don't use the "example" filenames for each JSON artifact. I like the way that you named the diagnostic reports.
