Request: Find a way of linking reports to a study #66

Idea from Bill Wallace. The idea is to show that a given ImagingStudy has a corresponding Diagnostic Report. Maybe take it one step further and have one study with two (or more) reports, i.e. like a prelim followed by a final report in real-life
