Interactive Multimedia Report (IMR) in DiagnosticReports #90

Created a script for updating the "(series X, image y)" references in the DiagnosticReports.

Instead of just textual descriptions, used the templated tag that references the actual seriesInstanceUID and sopInstanceUID so it can be displayed inline.
