First test on real dataset had memory handling issues for some barcodes. Dataset has to be subsampled

Numerical taxonomic richness seemed to have increased comparing to my previous treatment. I have to investigate.

Certain barcodes with more sequence than other provoked a out of memory handler situation (despite 24 cpus and 300Gb RAM on slurm cluster)

Subsampling is mandatory, I'll change the default value for 50 000 sequences

First shot with real dataset with olod script had subsampling of 50000 seq This probably explains discrepencies in term of numerical richness
