Add papers obfuscation features

Name tags existing on hacked clients are a problem I guess.

Impliment papers obfuscation features that hide information from other clients (not sure what version it was added in but you can find it in 1.20.2)

obfuscation: items: hide-durability: true hide-itemmeta: true hide-itemmeta-with-visual-effects: false

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I have no idea where you would find this other than in a jar itself. Haven't found a decent 1.8 jar with this included.
