DNSMASQ already in use #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch wifi-hostapd-ap
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the app to launch. Instead, it tells me:
"DNSMAQS already in use

Warning! It seems that DNSMASQ already in use on your system, as the local DNS. 
For correct operation of the program, you must disable the local DNS. Before 
proceeding, please close all connections to the Internet. Continue?"

When I press cancel, it then tells me:
"To use the program must have full access to DNSMASQ."

I tried to disable Networking in NetworkManager and then run the utility again, 
but I get the same message. Any ideas on how I could disable the local DNS?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wifi-hostapd-ap 1.1.1 from the PPA, on Ubuntu Precise. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Feel free to answer in Russian (and let me know if my question is not clear in 
English).

Actually, I've debugged this further and when this happens, wifi-hostapd-ap 
crashes (segfault). I had to disable DNS in NetworkManager to avoid 
wifi-hostapd-ap crashing.

I receive the following message on 'apt-hotsport debug': dnsmasq: failed to 
create listening socket for 127.0.0.1: Address already in use
...fail!
