Fix disqus comments #29

Make it work for CQ again, try to develop a strategy for the others.

Pulled the necessary stuff into pebble settings to make this work for others, so I'm closing.

This still requires each user to create their own disqus instance, which I'm not thrilled by, but I'm not sure what the workaround is for now.
