Add a page to display store merchandise!

NOT handling payments! Use paypal, amazon payments.

I'm ok with Amazon. I really, really don't like Paypal. I'm leaning towards using something like square (https://squareup.com/) or balanced (https://www.balancedpayments.com/). We can also offer multiple payment providers, or give creators the choice of which payment provider they'd like.

FWIW, Balanced is geared towards making marketplaces like ours as easy to build as possible. Some combination of Balanced and Amazon payments may be my preferred.

Balanced + Amazon looks good. I am also not a fan of paypal.
