Compile and Runtime errors after merge of pull request #17 #20

Merge of pull request #17 prevents compiling and testing the library with fbc's test-suite.

Compile issues

extra semi-colons left over from translation in sys_mkdir.bas
warnings in fb_thread.bi
errors due to missing const qualifiers in crt_extra/stdlib.bi

Run time issues

OPEN closes the file handle even if there was no error
Clear() statements zero the address when should zero the memory pointed to
debug assertion fails in thread_obj.bas (off by one error)
