Posting in the forum thread is usually better, other users might be able to help or confirm the issue and see when it gets fixed. The CallAdmin Client has its own repo here. Try to use the latest version of the client (download from forum thread) and update to a development version of the plugin from the releases page. I think the client had problems with https urls so try to use a non https url if you use one. If that doesn't fix it, please also read the getting help page because we'd need more information to pinpoint the issue.

The website is OK and work i've try the link with my key, but when the plugin need to send the message to client teamspeak that doesn't work and i've Socket Error, i've "Socket (3.0.1)".

As i said, we'd need more information (What url you use in the client, version numbers, config files, complete error logs, etc). Take a look at the getting help article to find out how to obtain it. You can post it here, on the forum or send it to me via pm.
I use the last version (0.1.5), errors.log is clear but calladmin.log there is that :
[CallAdmin: Ts3 module] Socket Error: 3, 1)

The CallAdmin Client crash after 10-15sec without error message,
And the CallAdmin Teamspeak3, don't send message to admins but i've error of socket even i've installed it. (Error : [CallAdmin: Ts3 module] Socket Error: 3, 1)
