Customizable HUD and HUD Optimizations #1178

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Default HUD Does Not Cut it, since minecraft uses unicode, i find that the text for everything large (cause if i set my gui size small it becomes too small to read)

Describe the solution you'd like A Fully Customizable Hud, With An Easy To Use Gui editor and a powerful and easy to learn scripting backend

Describe alternatives you've considered however if the initial suggestion is too much, adding a custom gui size changer as a feature would be nice

We're not adding a scripting backend, but a system is already in place for customization, there just needs to be a way to manage it.
