Auto-Fish Takes Precedence over Auto-Eat #1206

Whenever Auto-Fishing, my Auto-Eat won't be used at all, resulting in me usually starving to death. Thankfully I got back from AFK'ing and noticed it, so I ate before dying.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place Food and Fishing Rod in Hotbar
  2. Enable Auto-Eat through ClickGUI
  3. Enable Auto-Fish through ClickGUI
  4. Auto-Eat won't activate past your set meter (I have it set to 8), leading to you starving.

Expected behavior You should automatically eat while fishing to prevent death.

Additional Client Info - Impact Version: 4.6 for 1.12.2 - Using Optifine? No - Using LiteLoader? No - Enabled mods: Anti Desync, Anti Aim, Lag Meter, Log Position, MCF, Jesus, Riding w/o speed, Anti-Blind, Anti Overlay, ClickGui, CrossHair+, ESP, Hud, Light, Nametags, Search, StorageESP, Trajectories, New Chunks, Auto Armor, Auto Totem, Criticals, HitBox, **Anti Hunger**, **Auto Eat**, **Auto Fish** - Taken from my ClickGUI settings. - Operating System: Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon

Additional context Thankfully Anti Hunger keeps you from starving most of the time, but this is pretty annoying. I'd like to be able to AFK Fish overnight without worrying about dying.

unironically make auto fish a baritone process with lower priority than auto eat, and have baritone's processcontrolmanager deal with this
