Portal Tracers #1208

Finding Certain Portals while also trying to use the Search command can be a little confusing

A "tracer" option under the "portals" menu with a customizable colors

Just using search but disabling all other blocks so only portals are displayed, this can unfortunately cause you to only be able to do one or the other

You can use the Search feature, until they add a feature for Portals

Oof, okay, just thought it'd be nice if they got a seperate color, but I'm fine with the search function.
