Lagging #3455

Hey. When im using impact client i constantly have framerates of 10 fps and when i play normally i dont. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i have no big stuff running in the background and i tried running optifine with it

for some reason this is happening to a lot of people, a shitty workaround seems to be opening the debug menu with F3
