Aimbot/Killaura: Swing Distance #793

Allow users to change the distance where Aimbot will begin swinging the player's hand.

For example, a user would begin swinging their arms at around 4 blocks but not actually sending attack packets until 3 or so.

This'll make aimbot/killaura look a bit more legitimate.
